What are the three types of personnel management?

Introduction:

There are many different types of personnel management that can be used in the company. This article will discuss the three most commonly used ones: reward and recognition management, career development, and succession planning.

Too many managers don't make the distinction between the various types of personnel management. Some managers have little understanding of what's involved in each form. Let's look at the different forms of personnel management and understand how they fit together.

The three types of personnel management

The three types of personnel management are:

Organizational development: This type of management involves the training and development process. It is an ongoing process that aims at enhancing an organization's capacity to compete effectively and efficiently in its market.

Human resource management: HRM focuses on employee recruitment, selection, compensation, and benefits. It also involves the planning of training and development processes for employees to improve their skills and competencies.

Financial management: This type of management deals with the financial aspects of an organization including budgeting, expenditure control, and collection of revenues.

There are three types of personnel management:

Personal Management - This is when you manage yourself. The best example of this type of management is having a personal coach and mentor who helps guide your career and help you grow in your career.

Organizational Management - This is when you manage an entire organization. You would have a manager for each level of the organization, as well as leaders at all levels. You could also have managers for different parts of the business and even managers who oversee multiple departments within an organization.

Business Management - This type of management focuses on managing the company's overall operations, such as planning, budgeting, controlling expenses, etc.

Personnel Management is the process of selecting, preparing, motivating, training, and retaining employees.

Personnel management is an important function of any organization. It involves not only the selection and hiring of employees but also their ongoing performance appraisal and training programs. The personnel manager has to ensure that the employees are skilled in the job they have been hired for. They must be given proper training and motivation so that they can perform better at work. They should also be given opportunities for professional growth through on-the-job development programs or career paths within the company.

Conclusion:

The three types of personnel management are, firstly, the first level of supervision. This is the supervisory role in which the person has full control over functions in the section and reports to a higher organ. Secondly, middle-level management refers to medium-level management. The main responsibilities of middle-level management are chiefly administrative work, making plans and reports for superiors or inferiors, approving materials and funds required by his branch or unit, reviewing and checking materials produced by his section, and ensuring that all tasks are carried out as planned. Finally, top-level personnel management refers to key positions in all levels of state organs.
